Here are several sample projects that we have done:
U. S. Navy — San Diego Special Substation
A Unit Substation for Navy pier application, located in San Diego, California.
This special unit consists of a 15KV Metal Enclosed Load interrupter switch,
connected to a 5MVA oil-filled transformer, connected to a 480V Metal
Enclosed Switchgear with drawout circuit breakers.
Los Angeles Department of Water and Power — 1984 Olympics
A portable unit substation that was built for LA DWP for the 1984 Olympics.
As it turned out, this substation was used as an emergency power supply
when there was a power outage at the beginning of the opening ceremonies.
The equipment consists of a 34.5KV Metal Enclosed Load interrupter switch,
connected to a 10MVA oil-filled transformer, connected to a 5KV Metal
Clad Switchgear.
