Paint Process

Through an electrostatic process, epoxy and polyurethane over-spray finishes provide excellent resistance to chalking normally caused by sunlight. The Polyurethane topcoat tested to 1000-hour Salt Spray Test and the Epoxy primer coat tested to 3000-hour Salt Spray.

Outdoor structures are asphalt-based undercoated for additional protection — which is standard, not an option.

Our in-house paint booth can accommodate even the largest panels.

Dip tanks are used to clean the sheet metal before painting.
